Photo memory

A sandy lurcher bounds through the swaying golden rows

Floral dresses windswept, as is long brown hair

Heat hazed smiles blur on tanned faces

Joyful giggles carry across the fields

Giving away the game of hide and seek

Mother sits and reads Mills and Boon

Fingers sticky from jam and squash

Ants march across the gingham landscape

High up birds glide and hunt insects

While ducks wade through thick green algae infested ponds
